homeless shelters/hospitals/churches/various charities/also places like women's and children's shelters or maybe organizations that help teen mothers, migrant workers' families, or people displaced by fires or natural disasters.
It's easy to look up and do some research.
That is just the few ideas I have. There is always someone out there that can use things that we don't need anymore. ( I work in the hospital) so I deal with some of these organizations.

I actually ask family members or friends if they want any of them first. After that, it's donate, donate, donate. I have taught my neice that. She had overflowing clothes/uniforms in her drawers/closet; a lot of them still good but just don't fit anymore or not her style anymore. We knew a teacher that we gave some to. Some of the kids wet their pants accidentally in school so she gives them those pants to wear. The rest we either call the kidney foundation or some other charity to pick up from our house or we just drop them off to Goodwill or some donation bins in a bunch of parking lots.
Or we sell it to Plato's Closet or some other consignment store
