Do you think they write in their log that you called in the very next day or something? I mean I'm sure when you go in and said "I called about this the other day" they have no idea who you are and dont care and would give you your money back either way because that is their job.I work customer service at a grocery store. Exactly, i hate when people call ,we don't log it, and it happens all the time. We give the customer the benift of the doubt and give the money back no problems. I don't give my name often either because in the past i have and i get called at home because customer lies and say i have said stuff i haven't. It's hard to judge situtations on the phone. There is like 10 other people doing customer service at different times. So just bring your receipt next time your in. Sorry it annoys me when people are like call them right away. Calling does nothing trust me.
