I broke up with my live-in boyfriend on Monday, for various reasons, but mostly that we just aren't at the same place in our lives. We live together, but 99% of the stuff is mine. My new lease starts April 1. He is staying in the apartment until the end of April. I have movers coming on Friday and I've asked him what he wants to keep (there are a few joint purchases) and he won't respond. I am currently living at my parents' house, so I have to email it as he won't answer his phone. I need to give him a last chance to claim things, otherwise I'll do it for him, because I simply don't have the time to wait for much longer. How do I word the email asking him to tell me what he wants in the nicest way possible?
How should I do this (moving out/breaking up)?
