I am somewhat converting over. I have been watching some food documentaries recently and after learning the health issues associated with animal protein I want to limit my intake. I would like a 75% to 80% plant based diet. Every now and then I will eat a little meat and dairy. I am however having a hard time figuring out my dinner. I can eat fruit and veggies all day but at night i feel like i need a meal. I've looked online for different things but didnt what is good. Any ideas or suggestions? What to buy or not to buy? I started this the Tues before Thanksgiving and the first week I lost 3.6lbs and was only able to exercise once. I am hoping this lifestyle will help will weight lose.
