For winters only, I'd love to work from home Or lease a nice tank of a car for the season.

For winters only, I'd love to work from home Or lease a nice tank of a car for the season.I had a 2008 civic at one point and it sucked in the snow until I bought good tires. The stock tires that came with it were rated 2 out of 10 in snow. I didn't even know how the hell they sold those in Buffalo. Once I bought good tires, my Civic was a much nicer car in the snow. I spent $500 on the tires but it was well worth it and kept me on the road. I have a different car now, but that's how I solved my Civic issue. As far as choosing the tires, I used Tire Rack.

Speeding, tailgating, breaking suddenly etc. That's what scares me. Not the fact or idea of me actually driving in the snow. That I know I can handle.
