I would like to know the answer to this also. I'm still running Snow Leopard. I read reviews then I get scared to do it. So many people say it slows down their computer I always have second thoughts.

I was at the Apple store the other day and asked about it but of course they're trying to sell it. My computer is only eight months old but I'm not sure I want to upgrade something that I'm already completely happy with.

I posted this here a couple days ago and the majority said yes, it is. I upgraded a couple days ago and I like it.
