Posts: 13273 08/08/2012 3:29 PM Needs Attention '12 Petition Maker '13	My phone is doing this thing where it looks like its downloading an image but this has been going on for at least 12 hours. Anyone know how to make it stop?

Posts: 35471 08/09/2012 1:50 AM can you hear the wind blow and did you know? Your stairway lies on the whispering wind	Don't have the phone and have never had that problem but usually a hard reset or turning it off and on (maybe resetting your network connection) should stop it.

Posts: 63966 08/09/2012 2:27 AM	Like in text messaging? Mine was doing that. I did the hard reset and it worked. Did you leave the battery out for at least 5 minutes during the hard reset? Also try: -Settings -More Settings -Mobile networks -Ensure the `Use packet data` has a tick.

You know when you're downloading something and you get that arrow... mine has had for a day. And, then when I click on notifications, I see image download "ongoing!" I just reset my phone took out the battery for five minutes and its still there.

Posts: 63966 08/09/2012 2:49 AM	Oooh! No, I haven't had that problem that's weird. The only I can think of as a last resort would be maybe completing resetting/formatting the phone back to factory setting.
