I'm sure it varies by doctor but I'm just curious. My job is very stressful seasonally - I do the usual stress relief techniques (yoga, breathing, good exercise/diet, etc.) but sometimes I feel myself getting so physically overwhelmed that I can't even focus on getting my work done.
A friend gave me a Xanax once and it was exactly what I want - just to be able to chill out a little bit, and not use it after the few months are over. I am just wondering if a doctor would consider this a valid reason to prescribe it and looking for other input.
Honestly, I might have even made this post the same time last year.
Can't find it though!
