And thank you! I've very excited, a bit scared, but mostly doing a happy dance in my head 24/7. Did I mention that a boy will be moving in with me? Cuz yeah, that too.

It's small, about 1300 sq ft. It was listed as 3 bedrooms, but the room you can see off from the living room does not have a closet, so I don't think it's a real bedroom. We are making that into an office, and the extra bedroom will be the guest room.

Master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, an on-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate tub (WIN!!), and there's a full hallway bathroom too. I don't remember the lot size. I've got a corner lot, kind of, so I have a lot of land around the front and side of my house and not a ton in the backyard. It'll be enough for my to fence in soon, though. The rest of the lot needs TLC, so sod--and smaller plants where grass can't grow--will be put in this week hopefully. 

Thank you! I was determined to find the perfect gray for the living room, so I'm happy with what I decided on. The green/gray in the kitchen will be carried into the office. The master bedroom is a fairly bright, and light blue (the only room I let the boy choose the color for, go figure), the guest room is a very cheery yellow, and the bathrooms will be a color that can only be described by its name...autumn spice. IDK how else to describe it! It pops with a color found in the tiles there!
