This 4th of July is going to suck.

Posts: 10904 07/04/2012 3:38 PM	I feel the same way, but i'm determined to at least 'fake' the fun so that I actually have some. Going through a breakup with a boyfriend that was cheating on me for a long ass time, this is the first 'big' day i'm going through without him, and on top of that my sister who I thought would be with me is pretty sure she won't be able to make it. Emotionally i'm a wreck, but I'm determined to get out and do something.

Posts: 6168 07/04/2012 6:58 PM	My 4th sucks too...I really wanted to go to the beach but it's too hot out to even do that! I don't want to sit and sweat in the sand all day. I might go later to drink on the beach and watch fireworks but I just really don't feel like leaving my air conditioning.

Posts: 36488 07/04/2012 11:32 PM	Right?! My 4th wasn't too bad actually. I made Sriracha hamburgers and then we went to chase firework shows! We saw parts of three of them. It was easy and fun.

Posts: 1275 07/04/2012 11:57 PM	Well, I am sick! I am spending 4th of July alone in my apartment, while my friends are having a rooftop party a few miles away. I am feverish & have a sore throat so I know I will not be able to enjoy the festivities & I don't want to get everyone sick.... I think my roommates are looking at me like I'm pathetic :/
