She looks the same to me, with the exception of her nose. It's so much thinner now. It's hard to tell though, I guess it could be the weight loss and growing older (your nose does change with time and she lost all of her baby fat and then some). I think she had her nose thinned sometime within the last decade though. Very subtle because it's essentially still the same shape, but it's way more streamlined now.
