Nicole had other powerful friends and a great deal of good will, plus talent to back up her career. KH's range is limited and she gave up all her old friends when she married TC. It'll be interesting to see how her handlers will manage her career from now on.

Posts: 1044 06/29/2012 7:44 PM	If you want to play far out theory I would say the reason Katie is filing for sole custody is that there is dark secret about who Suri's true biological father is and how epically weird it is that they would impregnate her with his dna or why they have been saving it in the first place. It just doesn't seem something you do unless you have a super duper trump card to play in a situation like this.

Posts: 34421 06/29/2012 7:48 PM Most Mysterious '08	oftentimes a parent files for sole custody when they want to err to the extreme side -in fear of losing primary custody or in the interest of meeting more towards the 'middle' in a custody agreement or before the judge. it's fun to imagine the clandestine, scientologifically outlandish reasons, too, though.
