Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are divorcing. UPDATE: It's over Scientology!

When asked, Tom would always answer "Nicole knows why". It took her a long time to get over Tom but now she is happy with Keith. As for the sole custody for Suri, someone mentioned it already but I think how Katie saw first hand what Tom has done to Nicole with Isabella and Connor, now she is scared the same thing is going to happen with Suri. Katie is protecting herself and Suri.

The intense videos of him talking about Scientology, being their top spokesperson didn't tip her off? There was enough info about him and scientology out there when they first got together. Her people are probably leaking this info to make him look like the bad guy after his people leaked the info making her look like the bad guy.

Posts: 1249 06/29/2012 6:46 PM	personally i think it's sad. they seemed to love each other and have a young child - and i think tom is the father. i think she wants out because of his religion, but she knew he was a scientologist when she married him! she hasn't got nicole's talent so her career is not going to bounce back after the divorce. and going for sole legal custody is messed up. i could not bear it if i had no legal say in how my child is being raised. i think she'll have a hard time getting that agreed by a judge. i feel rather sorry for tom; i think he genuinely loves her.

She was never a huge star and her acting became very low key when she was married to Tom. I think Tom was a full time job so her acting had to be on a back burner. I don't get where the negativity regarding her talent or career is coming from. She isn't the best actress in hollywood but she's hardly the worst. I have no doubts if she gets serious and takes serious roles she'll get bigger than she was on Dawson's.
