Posts: 47744 06/25/2012 11:44 AM Most Dramatic JJBer '08 Most Likely to be Online '09 Coco Cherice	My managers Bday is tomorrow and I can't stand her or this job. I don't get paid well and I'm ALWAYS broke. They are asking for me to chip in for her birthday and I don't want to. I'm broke, I need allergy shots and gas money and I don't want to give my money . This office is so small and I probably will look like a jerk. What would you guys do.

They just asked me and I said no..they said "Well she helps us out whenever we need time off". I told them I'm sorry I can't do it. I have other obligations and I can't do it. If she were throwing around extra time off I'd understand but to give you the time off that you are entitled to is not exactly a favor.

This happens in my office too This one guy is always trying to buy gifts for our boss... for boss's day, for his birthday... I contributed the first time just because I was new, but now every time he comes around begging for money I say I don't have any cash
