I've gotten pretty good at tossing my food like professional chefs. I made lasagna for my grandmother, and I was tossing the meat and some of it spilled on the burner and ignited and then and in the skillet flared with fire too. I'm so glad I didn't freak out and just slid my hand over. The flare up was really cool though.
