I watched a documentary about death, and they mentioned that when a person dies their body doesn't shut down in one moment, it takes time. A lot of people continue to move after they die, because their nerves are still functioning, which eventually die. I've heard of people sitting up, but never have I heard of someone actually talking, it seems unlikely, but I guess it could be scientifically possible.
