What reason would he have? Plus, Alan Ball is still in charge of this season and with his hard-on for Bill, I don't see him wanting to do something like that. Bill killing her parents would REALLY put Sookie off of him and make him super unsympathetic, I think. Assuming it really was vampires, I would think it's Russell. Also, I know that Alan Ball isn't exactly following the books, but I think going along with that and making it the fairies who killed her parents would make sense here. In the show, the fairies want Sookie in Fairie with them right? So what better way to get her away from the vamps that she loves than for them to lie to Hadley and tell her that it was vamps who killed her parents? I don't know...it just seems too easy to have Hadley make a claim that vamps killed her parents and just have her believe it/it be true. I can see Jason believing it and going on a quest to find out, because of his experience and also...because Jason isn't all that bright.

Book Spoilers Spoiler [+] In the book Claudette died early in the series leaving Claudine and Claude. Claudine dies in the 9th book. She is killed by another fairy. After her death Claude moves in with Sookie. I am just now at the part where Nial has taken Claude into fairy.
