This was my first time reading a book by Danielle Steel and judging by this book I do not like how she writes. There was alot of repeating, a character would be thinking something and then in the next paragraph they would say word for word want they were thinking to another character. That was annoying. I didn't like the main character, nobodys that busy that they can't pay their own bills. And I felt like the bad person was too obvious, there was no suspense leading up to the reveal, I knew it was that character as soon as they were mentioned. Forgot to mention before I read Danielle Steel's book I read Terrified by Kevin O'Brien. The book was long but I managed to read it in one day. It was really good and I feel like it was good enough to become a movie.
