All I've done is the fit test and I haven't even done it for 10 minutes and I'm feelin' like I'm the shit!

About the first part of it? It's a fitness test that you have to do every 2 weeks because it's a 60 day program and in the test, which I only did for probably 8 minutes, it just a lot of kicking and jumping and a bit of stretching. I did it. It was hard as hell and besides my stamina, I didn't see any changes at all to my body. And I followed the meal plan too.

Loving it! It's pretty challenging and I love that the workouts are 30 mins. No excuse not to take 30 min out of your day! I'm prob going to do some sort of insanity hybrid after I'm finished.

I'm an insanity alumni and agree it works. I did it with my husband to help him prepare for Tough Mudder and lost a few inches everywhere. I didn't lose a ton of weight (started at 110 lbs and now at 104 lbs) but am swimming in shorts that I could not fit into last summer.

I would love to do it with you, but I live on the second floor. I feel too guilty doing exercise videos. Just like everyone else in this thread it seems!

I would actually love to try it. But unfortunately the way our living room is set up there's not enough room to do it properly. Plus my flatmates are usually always around when I'd be able to do it and I really don't need a sarcastic audience when I'm working out.

I was six days from completing the program when I found out I was pregnant, so I had to stop, because it is a very vigorous workout, especially once you hit phase two. I never weighed myself so I don't know about pounds lost, but I developed muscle tone in my upper abs and arms. I was stronger and had better stamina. I also believe it helped my get healthy and relaxed enough to get pregnant after almost two years of trying.

Insanity is all mental. You really have to tell yourself you're going to do it no matter what. It's not particularly fun. There's no good music keeping you motivated.

The super fit people in the video collapse on the floor at points too. That part I liked so I didn't feel all weak and pathetic.

The warm-up is a bitch in the beginning

You are the only person I've ever seen say that! My coworker just finished it and she looks awesome, you can see the change in muscle definition all throughout her body. If you were working out like that every day and dieting I can't believe you didn't see a single change in your body.
