I had to stop myself from drinking beer altogether because I gained so much weight! About a year ago I went through a spurt of trying all these different types of beers (my co-worker was a total beer connoisseur and would recommend these ones for me to try) so it was pretty much the only alcohol I drank for a long time! Then I just couldn't do it anymore and I probably had 1 or 2 beers the past year! It's crazy because I love it so.
