There was also a professional voice analyzer who said that the voice was not Zimmerman. I also refuse to believe that in this day and age, that the FBI could fail to come up with a conclusive answer as to whose voice that is. According to the new evidence, Trayvon's father said it wasn't his son when he was played the tape. And his mother still says it was him. She was quoted as saying "That's my babies voice." So who's right here? They need to get an voice analysis expert on this, because I don't believe for one second that that voice that was screaming came from Zimmerman. That sounded like the voice of a teenage boy.

Did I say he had no right to be there? And no, his father doesn't even live there, so why would he or anyone else consider that his home? If it were, I'm sure it wouldn't have taken 3 days to ID him.

Maybe not, but I 100% do not believe he got out of that car with the intention of killing Trayvon. Calling him a "monster" is just ridiculous. Trying to paint him as a cold blooded killer is ridiculous. In my opinion, he was a man with good intentions (watching out for his neighborhood) that led to a situation he did not expect (fighting with and killing someone). The evidence that is now released certainly shows this - he didn't just stand there and shoot Trayvon. This wasn't cold-blooded murder. The prosecutor gave in to public pressure when she charged him with more than manslaughter. The charges against him are wrong and over-reach big time. That's why he won't be found guilty. "Maybe not" is the wrong answer. The correct answer is "definitely not." He was in no danger whatsoever. His intention was to protect his neighborhood from what, black people? Because all black people in hoodies are there to commit crime?People do stupid shit all the time though. I'm not excusing what he did, but the fact is that he did what he wanted to do. It's not illegal and it's not a crime to not listen to what a 911 dispatcher is telling you to so, especially when the dispatcher is under the impression that it's actually the caller that's in danger.

Someone under duress and someone in mourning probably aren't the best people to believe. Zimmerman says it was him, he was on the bottom getting his head slammed into the concrete... It's not unreasonable to think it was him.
