I've had family and friends who had horrible birthing experiences, like my cousin who was cut from top to bottom, I think it was a level 4 episiotomy, the highest they go or the biggest they cut.  But others have had wonderful stories, that weren't as painful and easy.  My cousin just gave birth in March, she labored for a day and it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't easy breezy.  She went in and did a practice push and the baby crowned and one extra push and the baby was out.  The nurse delivered her because she just came out so fast.  She said it was an easy birth and was grateful for it   My mom was the same way, 1 day of labor, 3 pushes but she did it without an epidural and I was out.  I don't think it was perfect but she said it was okay and couldn't have asked for a better birth.  Here's hoping that that kind of thing is heritary, easy births!
