It would be interesting if the spa that banned him came out and said why he's banned (although I'd be willing to guess we all know why).

Conveniently right after JT's lawyers have stated they can prove he wasn't in the state at the time of the first allegation? Call me cynical but that screams of opportunism/trying to bolster the first allegation because it took a hit. I've got no doubt that a good deal of the rumours about his behaviour are true but still, I wonder if this is just people knowing he's got a reputation they can take advantage of. Oh well. If it's really so easy for them to disprove the allegations I'm sure they'll be doing so sharpish. If not, well... get every penny from him. And his lawyer covers it up as well. There was a time a porn actor said that he had sex with John & Marty called him up & threatened legal action if he didn't retract his story. Had him come to his office & asked how much it would cost to say it was a lie. Next thing you know, the actor tells everyone that he was bullshitting. I don't doubt that some people make shit up, but I find it hard to believe that EVERY single person that ever said this about John is lying.

Yep, I've heard similar allegations like this before. I remember hearing how he's been banned from several hotels and spa's for doing this very same thing
