He's not doing too badly, in general.

I was expecting Deion Sanders/Michael Jordan/Michael Phelps awful, but he's doing a Derek Jeter decent job, despite how horrible SNL's writing is now.

Edit: Scratch that. Post-monologue, he's been genuinely really good, not just decent. The last skit was really weak, thanks to a meh performance by Hader, but the court and big brother skits were awesome.

I think I might be scarred for life after that drag bit.

Shame the writing didn't help him out, other than in a few skits, given how hard Eli's tried tonight.
