Did I miss something in the disney movie where she carried a bow and arrow I haven't seen it, but I wanted to ask if anyone got the feeling that this was like maybe a sequel to Forgetting Sarah Marshall, in that the character that Jason's plays is very much like Peter and this is his life after finding the girl of his dreams? That's the kind of impression I've gotten from the many different trailers I've seen

Then in the TV ads, she said Katniss.

I thought it had too many awkwardly unfunny moments, and while I DID laugh at quite a few of the jokes, shit lagged. How fucking long did that movie really need to be? I feel like I was watching the uncut version with the deleted scenes.

One of my movie pet peeves are scenes that add nothing OR may add a little something but linger for way too long (e.g. one that comes to mind is the 'I'm making 1 cupcake all by myself' scene from 'Bridesmaids'. It's just too long). I felt like it switched back and forth between being a funny, smartly written comedy and a low-brow/slapstick/jokes-that-high-school-boys-would-laugh-at comedy. I REALLY wanted to like this movie - I love everybody in it! Could have been 45 minutes shorter though. Sidenote: Rhys Ifans? My gosh I love that guy.
