Posts: 43200 05/01/2012 11:04 AM Biggest Know It All '09	I'm assuming since google bought youtube? You can't leave comments unless you have your own channel, and my channel is under a yahoo email address but I don't see an option to sign in with anything other than gmail.

I did her workouts for a few weeks and just about died. If you liked the squat challenge, do the Intense Ab Workout. I couldn't breathe properly for like 3 days after I did that.

Posts: 29000 05/01/2012 1:43 PM WWFSMD	It's pretty hard! The first 5 mins or so is just a warm up that I never did. You basically have your leg off the ground for minutes at a time raising it up and down, then she pulses I found it hard.
