Doesn't the theory of relativity only apply to moving forward in time, though?I'm pretty sure it only refers to moving backward. And the way I see it is that time doesn't actually slow and reverse. The way it was explained to us in high school was like this: If a child was riding around the block on a tricycle and he could go faster than the speed of light, when he rounded the last corner he would see himself ahead rounding the first corner. That would be because you got to that point before the light reached it so you would be there to see the light from what happened before. So we could actually go back and observe the Dinosaurs! That would be so epic, now if only I could get my blasted Eyeballs fixed so I can really SEE them, but I'm nmore likely to have axcess to the timetravle then the later part. That also makes me think that we wouldn't actually be able to interact with anybody or anything from that time. We wouldn't actually be there, we would just be observing the light left from it.
