It just loves telling me that I'm not connected to the internet. I've had the "authorize computer" pop up and doing that I also get the error message. I'm on a PC, Dell to be exact, running on Windows XP, older version. How in the heck can I fix this problem? I've tried deleting and redownloading iTunes numerous times, it never works. Not savvy enough to determine the fix on my own. Hoping someone has a solution for me
