I'm on great terms with my landlord although I've only been here 3 months. The thing is, my hours at work are being cut due to lack of patients and my bf is moving out because he needs an apartment that can have a dog (so my rent is now doubled). I also met a very respectable couple with great jobs right next to this apartment that would be willing to move in. I'm just a bit nervous bringing this to my landlord because I am on a 1 year lease. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and had a good outcome.
