The male or the female?

I know the logical answer is both.

I hope I'm wrong but I think the responsibility of safe sex practices whether it condoms or birth control tend to fall more on the female.

Good point, I'm ashamed I didn't think of that.

My husband always had the condoms before we were married, so I never had to worry about buying some.
