I got gas at Costco which I never do and it was $3.63. Everywhere else is at $4/gallon for regular. Ugh.

I need to fill up now and it just went up to $3.85 or something. Who knows what it will be when I pull up to the pump.

And... $7.90??? I would have to stop driving. What it is now is bad enough, let alone in the $4 and $5 ranges. Yikes!

Welcome to gas prices in Western Europe, it's actually also been even higher than that.

I filled up a week ago and it was 3.49. I just saw yesterday that it was as high as 4.45 and of course my tank is almost empty. I'm actually about to just leave my car parked (unless I have to go a long distance) and get a bus pass for my local traveling.

I'm in ireland right now and gas is €1.58 on average per liter if you convert that to dollars its $1.345 and there are 3.785 litres in 1 gallon so we pay:

...........................................€7.86 a gallon
