And yeah, form what I gathered from the AC interview she only uses about 1/10th of the property! Like you said, it's just for privacy...although now everyone knows where it is so I guess that backfired. Some of the inside decor is questionable but I do LOVE the exterior. Beautiful.

Being in an urban environment does not provide the privacy space can give. Saw the interview as well and I don't think most of the rooms shown above are even filled with her furniture but I could be wrong.
