Serena dropped out. Chuck never went. Dan, Nate and Blair go but we don't see it onscreen we just hear about it. Like Nate saying his busted lip is from his college Lacrosse game.

He fell on his face on NYE at a party in Miami.

I'm serious. He slipped on ice that had fallen on the floor and he busted his lip and needed stitches.

This hasn't been brought up here, but wtf was up with Chuck's teletubbie suit at the beginning? Like that was a fucking onesie! They should just keep him in suits, because every time they put him in anything but a suit, they put him in the WORST outfit imaginable!

Have Diana and Chuck interacted at all? They threw this Diana/Chuck thing in out of nowhere. You'd think they'd cross paths at some point before right? Like around the time she was boning his best friend? Yet, the ONLY thing we've gotten is Diana taking her photo out of Bart's folder and the phone call from Jack. It makes no sense and I just want it all to end. Especially since there's a rumored spoiler that

I actually liked this episode. All of it. The reveal of Diana being Chuck's mom was probably the best acting we've seen from Ed Westwick like ever. No one was surprised though.

Lily and Serena are the worst.

Blair and Dan are the best

Nate and Lola are like whatever.

Lily and Serena are awful. I can't stand them.

Chuck and his latest mother I could care less about, what is this the 5th mother change? Who cares at this point? His mother is dead, no she's not she returns, no that's not her Jack paid her to come back, no that really is her, now it's Liz Hurley. Probably next week she'll turn out to not be his mother or something.

Dan and Blair is the ONLY thing worth watching on this show.

I'm so team Dair and elated they finally got together. I really don't like the fact Serena is "gossip girl". It's so stupid to me it would be her.

Will Chuck ever be happy? With all the money and power he has, he's always been the poor little rich kid who's parents didn't give any affection to. His life would be draining for any girl. I do like his character, but really hate he's never really happy.

The first think I thought about was that maybe Chuck is really Jack's kid. I mean really, what else could it be? He's back in the storyline just like Diana is.

I really like Chuck and Nate as characters, I just wish the writers would do something better with their story lines. I used to love Serena, but now she's playing both sides all the time without even realizing it. Ultimately, I would love for Nate and Serena to get back together. I really liked it when they were, I just wish she didn't bullshit him around so much.

As far Dair, I was never a fan of them until this episode where they actually talked about how they come from different worlds and aren't going to settle into either one.

So tonight's ep...
Could there be anyone worse than Lily? Like I wish Rufus would divorce her and take all her money. They should Julia Cooper her.

Ivy ripped up a million dollar check...to be a part of that train wreck of a family. A million dollar check. If you don't want her money, don't cash it, it's Lily! Even if she let Ivy back in, she's bound to piss Ivy off again to the point where a million dollar check could probably come in handy.

I actually felt bad for Serena in the scene with her dad. Then her hatred of Lola for absolutely no reason kinda killed that.

I don't think there are enough words in the English language for me to tell people how much Idc about Chuck's family drama. SMH sooooooo over it like 3 seasons ago.

Dan continues to be perfect. I hope Blair eventually realizes it.

God I have not watched this show in SO long I'm almost curious to catch up and watch all in one night to see wtf is going on.

I keep seeing Blair and Dan stuff everywhere and that alone (since I left off at S1) blows my mind.

I've always wondered about this.

I wonder what people that gave up on the show early on, but know the characters think when they see the stuff about Dan and Blair. It's gotta be crazy if you didn't see the buildup. I swear it makes perfect sense with all the buildup though.

You really should just skip all the way to the S4 buildup of them, but I think it helps to see all the shitty stuff Chuck did to her in the process.

Boring? They're the best thing the show has got.

Serena and Blair are the worst friends ever, Serena's just awful with how she treats people. Look how she's treated Lola the past few episodes. She's also writing gossip on Gossip Girl about Blair to make Dan mad at her like saying Chuck was seen with Blair leaving the Penthouse.

Other than enjoying Penn/Leighton together on screen, I enjoy Dan/Blair because it's an actually semi-functioning, non-abusive relationship that is helping Blair finally grow and heal after how she was damaged by Chuck (and her mother, Louis, etc.).

It's the type of relationship I wish was featured more on these shows that target young girls/women and I'll applaud this usually awfully written one for them as long as they -- or at least the character development Blair is seemingly getting from this arc -- last.

Dair brought me back to the show and it's the only thing keeping me here. The will they won't they of Chuck and Blair grew stale before they even got them together. I enjoy seeing the build of the mature handling and buildup of the Dan and Blair relationship. Only thing that bothers me is that Dan is so perfect and still might lose to Chuck. :/

It's so bizarre to me how these incompetent writers that have spent the last 4 years sucking the life out of this show build up probably one of the best relationships on tv.

I've wanted Dan/Blair since the first season (as if the icon doesn't give that away) and they're everything I could have wanted and more. It's refreshing to see someone actually care about Blair beyond what she can do for them, and want her to be happy and healthy.

Everyone else on the show I find to be generally unlikable or inconsequential (except for Nate, he's a puppy really). Serena could have had my sympathy if she weren't acting like a spoiled child most of the time, Chuck is reprehensible on a good day, Ivy is randomly around so there's no time to give a damn about her. And with Lola's actress landing a pilot, we all know she's out of here and to not get invested in her either.
