I'm sorry, but so what? Is he suppossed to never ask for his money back in the off chance something MIGHT happen to her? (It's not like a miscarrage is planned and he deliberately sued her at the time he knew it would happen.)

The thing is he loaned her the money in 2000, after which he proposed and was engaged to her plus they had a child together. Then in November of 2011 after she's remarried to a lead on CSI and pregnant he suddenly asks for the money back? He seems shady.

It's easy to assume that because some people are litigious everybody is, but for a lot of people suing is still their last resort. For all we know he may have been asking for the money repeatedly for some time.
Green filed a lawsuit against Marcil-Giovinazzo in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday. In the complaint, which was obtained by TheWrap, he claims breach of contract and breach of oral agreement, among other charges. (Read the full lawsuit here.) Green and Marcil-Giovinazzo -- then just Marcil; she later married "CSI: NY" actor Carmine Giovinazzo -- met on the set of "90210" in the late 1990s. Green claims that, starting in January 2000, he wrote her checks of up to $50,000 at a time. She allegedly promised to promptly pay him back the borrowed money, which Green says totaled $200,000. Green and Marcil-Giovinazzo were in agreement that "the monies were not gifts," the suit says. But Marcil-Giovinazzo -- who won an Emmy in 2003 for her portrayal of Brenda Barrett on "General Hospital" -- refused to pay him back. Green is seeking the alleged $200,000 that Marcil-Giovinazzo allegedly borrowed. He is also seeking additional, unspecified damages, and requesting a jury trial.

Get that money!'.But when a man gets any kind of money from a woman, it's 'Wow, what a douche! Doesn't he care what's going on in her life right now?'.

But you don't know how long he's been asking for his money back and again I don't see how it's shady. He's remarried too. You think this is some type of revenge?

Regardless of the fact that she had a miscarriage (he may have filed prior to that happening, or filed right after. I'm sure it took his attorney time to draw up the paperwork and file, it it may be just an awful coincidence.
