I am looking for a JC fic that I read probably in 2002.  It was very well written. What I remember most is that the main female character suffered from blinding migraines.  I also think it went beyond the meet and marry plot and explored their life together as they got older and had kids.  I think the girl's name was either Carrie or Cassie but could be wrong.  I am not sure who the author is.
