Jessica Biel covers the August 2012 issue of InStyle magazine. The actress and fiance of Justin Timberlake answers questions thrown at her by the magazine’s readers. Check out the highlights from the interview below.

ON WHEN SHE FEELS SEXIEST:

This is going to sound dumb, but when I’m wearing a long, flowy dress, barefoot in forest. In my fantasies I’m there in the forest. In my dreams I feel soft pine needles under my feet.

ON WHAT SHE LEARNED FROM HER PARENTS ABOUT LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS:

The best thing I learned from them is that you have to put your relationship first. You need to make time for your partner. It is really easy to let that go by the wayside. It’s easy to say, “Hey, I’ll see you later. I love you.” And you can’t do that. Justin and I have a rule that we don’t let a certain amount of time go by without seeing each other, but it doesn’t always work. Sometimes you are both working and it just happens. But from here on out, I want to participate in making smart choices for the relationship.

ON WHAT ITEM IN HER CLOSET SHE WEARS THE MOST:

High-waist pencil skirts or anything that enhances my waist because that cut elongates my body. When it comes to jeans, I used to wear only boot-cut or bell-bottoms, but now I wear skinny jeans all the time.

ON A TYPICAL MEAL IN THE TIMBERLAKE-BIEL HOUSE AND WHO’S THE BETTER COOK:

I’m really good with grains and vegetables, so I’ll do quinoa with roasted vegetables or potatoes with a salad. I don’t know much about cooking meat, but Justin likes to grill. I like baking a lot, but I’m not very good at it. A friend and I have been talking about starting a restaurant, so we invited a chef over and I cooked for him. I made zucchini bread and used these old butter dishes I found in my kitchen cupboard. Fifteen minutes go by and I hear a weird cracking sound. It turns out the dishes were not heat-safe. So basically, I made two zucchini loaves filled with glass shards.

ON WHO ARE SOME OF HER FAVORITE FEMALE BADASSES:

When I saw Sarah Connor in the Terminator films, I realized I wanted to do this for a living. Her muscles were so ripped, and she could cock her gun with one arm. I used to also be into the Lara Croft video game-I’d play with my grandma.
