Drew in Garland, Texas: Any chance that we'll see Lisa and Ben again on Supernatural? I know some fans are thrilled that they forgot everything, but it seemed out of character for Dean to do that in my opinion. I can't imagine the Supernatural writers viewing that as a solid end to that arc. Emotional twist, sure. End? No. The odds of seeing Lisa and Ben again on Supernatural this season are about equal to the odds of seeing Castiel (Misha Collins) after the second episode. Make of that what you will. Omg! Your opinion on the spoiler is so spot on and it never donned on me!

But personally,

I think he's just toying with us mostly since we know Cas will continue to appear throughout the season. It was stated a while ago he's just not going to be a regular or anywhere near what he was before. I'm going to go ahead and take that as they could very well make an appearance but they're not going to stick around, and if they do it'll be really small. Ben and Lisa are so kaput.

Either way I'm really loving how this season is sounding so far. I'm so glad they didn't ditch the Sam's wall breaking, I LOVE Death and am so stoked for him to be back, I've been over the angel story-line practically since it started (as much as Cas grew on me and I ended up loving him). With all of that gone I really feel like this season is going to be gold... Like it was in the beginning. I know the guys keep reassuring that as well so that makes me even more excited.

I Hope your spoiler is right! Gah. haha. I hope mine is wrong. I agree as well, I don't know why people flipped out so much that he wasn't going to be a season regular. Bobby's not a season regular and he's on all the time.

I like I said in the other post, I'm fine with him not being around as much if it aids in the telling of the story. People should have realized Cas was fucked when he messed with Sam. AGAIN.

I totally agree. I feel like it has been "The Dean Show" since season 4. I love Jensen. He is an amazing actor, but it is time for some Jared. I agree. I'd like to see Sam struggle with his wounded psyche and then rebound, and I really want to see Dean make some mistakes and get them into some awful predicaments. And I want to see Sam save Dean from himself.

I am looking forward to this season. I kinda hope it is the last one. There are so many things they could do, but I want to see the return of Sam's perspective soooo bad. I want to know where we are at. I feel that we got lost when Dean died. Lost with Sam. I want him to bring it home. Do I think they will be hunters for life, no. I think one of them will.

I agree about the Dean show since season 4. FOR SURE. Which might be one of the reasons why 1-3 are my favorite and have been. I really liked season 4 too but that's when it all started and then it didn't really stop and now I'm completely over it. Sam has had SO much shit happen to him but it has always been Dean, Dean, Dean; older brother dealing with his emotions, the "betrayal", confusion, loyalty etc. It was almost like Sam was just there for him to feed off of, he hasn't been his own person since the beginning. It seems like Season 7's really going to bring that about though so I'm superstoked. I think it would----if this does happen to be the last season----wrap everything up perfectly. If they don't give Sam some closure and time to be Sam it would forever bug me about the show.

Personally I hated when they ignored significant moments for Sam (like Ellen and Jo dying, I still can't get over how stupid it was for Sam to just stay there) but I don't want the show to ignore Dean completely. Yes the lack of "Sam's perspective" was bad but he at least had some storylines. I'm afraid they won't give anything to Dean this season and he'll just be there for angsty Sam

That's what I thought but hey, the original post had em so I used em too! I'd prefer not to seeing as how I hate them.

Simple: I really, REALLY don't think it'll become a Sam show, or that it'll just be Dean for angsty Sam. But Sam has been through something so huge a significant amount of time has to be spent taking care of it.

I get the feeling (or maybe I'm just hopeful) that it'll be like it was the first few seasons; their relationship, bond, taking care of each other etc.

^ Yeah, I'm dying to see them! Loved "Buffy" & "Angel". Sera said this: "It was all upside for this successful man while he was married to the witch, but now that he's pissed her off, the whole town is paying the price." Can't wait to see this one.

As for Cas - I wouldn't have a problem if we hardly saw him again. Nothing against the character, but after the end of the season 6 finale, it would make sense.

I just started a new one because a lot of the talk was about season 7 and I know some people don't want to be spoiled. The other one can still live too!

lol, selfishly, I want them to do an episode where Dean and Sam have a different accent every five minutes lol. I want to hear these boys do more accents!

Hahah that's why it would be so funny. lol I've never heard Jared talk about it, I've just heard that damn Hoosier accent he always goes into. I can't lie, most of this desire comes from Jensen doing that gruff Jersey accent

I just... Ya. I have seen too many convention videos and this coming up and, I'll admit I think I only saw one with Jensen, but Jared was just flat out like, no you do not want to hear it, and his attempt after proved it.

Jensen has indicated in interviews that the season (or at least the start) is going to be a lot about Sam's story - reacting to the wall breaking down etc. And it SHOULD be. You can't have that happen and then sweep it under the rug.

And frankly, it's well past time for Cas to be gone. I don't care if that offends Misha/Cas lovers.

I didn't know if I trusted it, because they made a huge deal about Sam's addiction, and he drained a demon and then was magically fine in 5.1.

I don't know if I trust them.

I don't mind him gone (although I'm gonna miss Misha sooo much), but I'd be really disappointed if they just kill him off without any redemption or anything, just killing the other bad guys on this show.
