He is looking beat lately and rumor is he lost $400,000 in that poker game that has all the stars being sued. Jen didn't know anything about it and he supposedly told her he was going to AA meetings. It is just you never see this many outing with him and his family unless they have a movie coming out or he has been a bad boy. lol

However the timeline of this ring is around 2003/4. Before him and Jennifer. Not recently, it's that the story just broke. His rep has said it's not true and the guy that Star Magazine (lol that says it all) is owed $400,000 by Ben, has been pictured with Ben on many occasions around and after this time looking fine. Star magazine claims the guy was furious. And another gossip mag/site said this is why Leo and Bar broke up..... lol they weren't even dating when this happened.
