Sorry, but I don't know a lot about this.
I know there are a lot of different accounts, but I want an account where I don't have to pay taxes or penalties to the government if I withdraw early. Also, one where I'm not gonna lose all my money if the stock market crashes again. I'm the only one who puts money into it, (my employer doesn't contribute) and I have a Money Market Savings account with Chase. Is this a good account for me or would you recommend something else?
