Help! Windows XP doesn't recognize iPod shuffle!

Posts: 13513 03/21/2011 1:22 AM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	Tags : None Every time I plug in my shuffle, it says iPod plugged in and I'm prompted with the New Hardware Wizard. It's never recognized in iTunes. I've followed all the trouble shooting listed on Apple's site. The problem is when I pick the driver to install, the computer says that driver/file doesn't exist!
