How about Brett Favre and Big Ben and their philandering ways? Or Michael Jackson dangling his kid out a window? Where do you draw the line?

Are people supposed to lie & say that he sucks and that's not the case because of his past? That's just ridiculous & completely unrealistic. He's getting praise because he's doing a great job on the football field. And he for sure isn't asking for anyone's praise or attention. He's just playing. He also seems to have turned his life around. Usually people do get credit for that. Celebrity, athlete, or a normal person.

He went back to a profession that not only overlooked his crimes (unlike pretty much any other profession) but also one that offered him millions of dollars. He did what most people would do in his situation...like who would choose a life of crime over a million dollar+ contract?

Even when he did sign with the Eagles, he was the 3rd string QB for 2 years. It wasn't until this year that he became a starter. He hasn't had it as easy as you're making it seem.

Ever heard of the principle? Football is not more important than ANY innocent animal's life. Like I said, if Vick sucked ass at football YOU and everyone else would not be defending him. That speaks volumes.Do you think that pedophile should have been let out because he "did his time" and paid his "debt to society"? What Vick did should never be forgiven especially for the sake of winning a football game. Keep defending him and keep proving what is wrong with the human race.

Then again, any Vick post on here usually ends up hilarious because of the skewed pro-animal rights views mixed with the fact that you can't look at what someone has done and is doing to change and rectify a wrong - you can ONLY look at the bad actions that they vocally regret. No one ever deserved a second chance, no one can ever change....especially if a dog was involved.
Everybody deserves a second chance. Move on already.
