Anne Hathaway played a shell-shocked Kate Middleton in a hilarious sketch for Saturday Night Live.
The spoof saw Kate left open-mouthed as Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip turned on her the minute Prince William's back was turned.
The suddenly foul-mouthed royals reduced their future granddaughter to tears as they mocked her and accused her of wanting a piece of their 'palace action'.
A crass Prince Phillip, played by SNL regular Bill Hader, even advised Kate: 'When it comes to being a wife, when you're out there waving to a parade, you be Princess Di, you be Princess Grace. But in the bedroom think Fergie.'
