And on a shallow note, while he is....ahem much beefier, he's not exactly Chris Evans/Hemsworth buff, which is nice, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't mind if his arms had a bit more definition - I 'd just like to be able to see his biceps, you know? Although, I thought he was perfect back at the beginning of 2011 when he bulked up just a bit for Frankenstein.

Sometimes it's a slim physique like Benedict or Tennant is what gets me going. I'm guessing Ben was there for Katherine. They may know each other through Moffatt. Just guessing here, Saw the preview for Elementary. I must say, it is intriguing, definitely will watch it. From the few mins I watched, I find Jonny Lee Miller's portrayal of Sherlock more fragile. Apparently BC was at a "The Simpsons" table read the other day as well? I think he's just taking the really random approach to Hollywood tourism. "Whatever I can get into, I'll do!"

Posts: 6072 05/19/2012 11:01 AM High-Functioning Sociopath Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I hardly think Sherlock has achieved the heights of pop culture recognition here in the states for them to do a Simpsons eppy about it. BC has a great voice, and I can see him as a villain on the show, but this was just sitting in on a table read. He was also in some production office for a meeting so he may have just stumbled into it. Then again, you never know, they do these things so far in advance, it may be Star Trek 2 related.

Posts: 9302 05/19/2012 11:46 AM Reply Quote More Recent Posts	The Simpsons have done an episode where Lisa was in a full Sherlock Holmes get up and there was also an episode where Maggie was supposed to be the chosen one and not Lisa and they said something like, "It's not you, it's Maggie, Sherlock". Sherlock Holmes, itself, is in their radar. Maybe with the current buzz of the show and of both Benedict and Martin, Groening and his writers can have them be a guest and do whatever.
