I adored everything about it - the actors, the setting, the writing, the banter, the clothes, the creepy villain, the foreshadowing. I can't believe there are only three episodes but thank goodness it will get a second season. This is quality TV and I am so thrilled to have something good to watch.

I watched this on a whim Sunday night on Masterpiece Mystery (PBS). Loved it! So very original! "I'm not a psychopath. I'm a high functioning sociopath, do your research."

It conflicts a bit with the premiere of "The Walking Dead" on AMC tomorrow, but I'm not sure how I'll like that so I'll probably watch "Sherlock" and record TWD. Saw Benedict Cumberbatch on some show on PBS with Hugh Laurie as I was flipping through this week. He looked so young! I hope he gets to be the next Doctor after Matt Smith. I'd probably start loving Doctor Who again if he did.

Sherlock was my first intro to Benedict, but I've seen Martin Freeman in a few other things. You wouldn't figure it by that goofy face of his lol, but he is crazy good. He's turning into one of those actors I'll watch do damn near anything.

Us here in the States may have to wait a YEAR to see the resolution! That said, I love the Holmes/Watson bromance. Sherlock literally RUSHED to get that bomb coat off of John, it was so cute! I thought for a split second that John was somehow involved, but then I knew. That Moriarty chap is a piece of work! (And when the old, blind lady came on the screen, I nearly lost it.) The US DVD comes out tomorrow, with lots of special features and the original unaired pilot, which is supposed to be a crappy version of "A Study In Pink." Can't wait to get it!

I wish i didn't become so obsessed with the show, reading everything and anything that when Andrew Scott first showed up(last thing i saw him in was a guest spot on Foyle's War), I already knew he was Moriarty---kinda spoiled the whole gay-guy-interested-in-Sherlock angle for me, . BUT wow, i liked his maniacal, psychotic, gleeful evil version of Moriarty. That's not the Moriarty we're used to so it was very surprising. I also liked the fact that like Sherlock and Watson, Moriarty is a young guy. I think it works better that way as an ensemble. I am sooo not waiting for a year to see the US version to get resolution, i will be scouring the net once it airs in the UK. . Really sucks we can't get the BBC Iplayer in the US.

I'm a huge Tennant fan and was wary of Matt but i must say, i've grown to love his version, too. It's like my heart just made space for him but it still did not occupy Tennant's place at all. I really enjoyed last season even though i wish they had left the issue of the weeping angels alone. Blink was classic.

To be honest, I think it's Amy Pond I don't care for too terribly much. I plan on getting Series 1 (never seen any of Eccleston's episodes) and Series 5 on DVD soon. But yeah, I was (and still am) in love with Ten. (Anyway, I read that Cumberbatch has no interest in being the Doctor, just playing a role - perhaps a villain - on the show. He said that appearing at schools for the rest his life as the Doctor was not something he's interested in doing.) I knew NOTHING about episode 3 of Sherlock, so I was quite surprised to see that Moriarty was the "gay" guy in a relationship with that girl who crushes on Holmes. Poor girl. She needs a clue, ASAP. Chris was the main reason i got hooked on Doctor Who. Never saw an episode before him. I was seriously worried about Tennant but he was even better than Chris who i still love. I just loved his intense stares.

I had to remove it from my order because I'm purchasing some Xmas stuff that I need to ship sooner than 2 weeks from now. Java, Chris Eccleston's turn as John Lennon airs next (this?) week on Masterpiece Contemporary on PBS. As a bonus, David Tennant is the host.

Been waiting for awhile for Lennon Naked to come on PBS ever since i read about it in BBC's website. Andrew Scott(Moriarty), i read will be playing Paul McCarthy! i ordered my Sherlock dvd as well as Being Human Season 2 dvd from WalMart.com because it was cheaper by a few cents AND when i tried ordering Sherlock from Amazon at that time, they were temporarily out of stock. I'm supposed to be getting mine ftom the 18th to the 24th. Btw, have you seen Single Father yet? One of these i'll have to watch it.

I really can't wait to see DT interact with children. It's like crack, hot men and babies! (I'm also looking forward to him in the remake of Fright Night, out next year.) Oooh, I'm going to check out Sherlock on WalMart.com, the distribution center in Ark. usually ships stuff out to me super fast! I could be watching (ogling) Sherlock over my Thanksgiving days off!

I'll prolly eventually join, i always start as a lurker, . They really have some awesome and deep discussions over there and their knowledge of the Sherlock world is way better than mine, it's always fun to read about it. This is my favorite picture:. Thank you fanpop! I have no idea where it was taken but the reason i love it is because of how HAMMERED Benjamin looks and especially where Martin's hand is, . After seeing Benedict's photo with David, i can definitely describe him as secure in his manhood and as someone that is very demonstrative, . You should go to fanpop.com too, he has one where he's dressed as a chick in what looks like a party---wig, black dress, heels and all, . Btw, i was sooo sick with bronchitis, i slept from 5am Sunday and didn't wake till 6am today. Because of that, i forgot to record Lennon Naked, . I'll have to find it online one of these days. The good news though is I just picked up my Sherlock and Being Human dvds from WalMart an hour ago!! I was expecting them from the 18th to the 24th but i got them early, woo-hoo!!
