We sent in my sisters laptop to them for them to fix the keyboard on it. I had tried doing it myself but when it put the new one on it didn't work so they said to just send it in. Well we sent both the old and new keyboard and here they put the fucking old one back on(it's missing keys) and sent the new one back with us. They didn't even turn the laptop on or anything to see if the keyboard even worked. It doesn't work so needless to say my mom is calling them and telling them if they don't give a refund then my mom is getting a lawyer. My sister has only had this for 7 months and the hard drive went in it not long after she got it. Dell is known to sell faulty laptops and is already getting sued for it.
