Went to a concert at the end of March. Went to read a text message. No matter what button I pressed, "#A" kept popping up on the screen, as if it were trying to dial out. Nothing would work and no matter what button was pressed (except turning the off) that's what I would say. Took out the SIM and battery for a little while and eventually it worked again. It's been an on/off problem ever since, nothing I get too concerned about. Well tonight it happened again and in the process of taking out the SIM card, somewhere along the way the lil slidey part for the SIM popped out. #1, is that fixable? #2, is this problem/broken part worth replacing the phone for?? I've truly never had to replace a phone before the 2 year contract was up. I've had this phone since August 2009. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
