I went from working in retail to a desk job so instead of being on my feet, I'm just sitting there like a blob and I took quite the trip to weight gain city. I went through a period where I worked out for at least an hour everyday and it basically kept my weight stable, but that's it. I feel like I would have to start working out from the time I get home until I go to bed just to get back to where I was before. I'm so frustrated! Anyone have any tips? Except walking outside during breaks! I refuse to get sweaty and gross in the middle of the work day. My supervisor does it and it kinda grosses me out.
