Joined by her little sister Ali, the 23-year-old starlet was all smiles as she attended the Womenâ€™s Fitness Retreat hosted by Muscle Milk Light Beverly Hills on Friday (June 11). Sporting a pair of kickboxing gloves, Lindsay spent the afternoon working on her fitness before heading home to prepare for the big weekend ahead. Stop w/ the self tanner, you are a pale, red head w/ a mass of freckles all over the body. Having a tan just empasizes the spot and blotches - makes you look like you have a disease. That's an ugly shade of blonde, looks fake and dull, go back to your natural red hair, it worked for Julianne Moore it will work for you.

So all of you sunbathing this summer who are fair skinned, think about this pic before you tan. Cream doesn't remove those either. You have to go to a dermatologist.
