She has a lot of marks (which could be worsened by pregnancy) but it actually looks pretty smooth. And I don't see evidence of bad cystic acne. It looks more like small pimples that teenagers get upset about. And from the quality of these pics, who knows. It could be more scars and freckles than active acne.

He is not conventionally good-looking, no, but I sort of have a thing for tall skinny guys anyway. And I think he has really nice eyes.
