Nicole Richie dressed in a floor-length blue dress for her fan event in Paris earlier today to promote her Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960 collections. Later in the afternoon she showed up with a special surprise outside of her hotel — baby Sparrow Madden! While the pair seems to be enjoying their trip to France, Joel and Harlow are keeping each other company back at home in LA.
